Three Argyle Companies Liquidated

Three companies previously associated with Plymouth Argyle have gone into liquidation.

Plymouth Argyle Football Company (Holdings) Limited, Home Park Properties Limited and Home Park Venue Services Limited have all been wound up.
The three companies were all part of the regime of former directors that racked up £17 million worth of debt and pushed the club into administration.

Plymouth Argyle Football Company (Holdings) Limited was formed in 2001 and included Directors Keith Todd, Tony Wrathall, Robert Dennerley, George Synan and Yasuaki Kagami.
Sir Roy Gardner (pictured above) resigned as Chairman and Director in December 2010 while Paul Stapleton resigned as Director and Company Secretary in March 2010.

Home Park Properties Limited was formed in January 2010 by Todd; the company was originally called Scott Lodge Development Limited but had a name change in March 2010.
It was initially set-up to purchase the Home Park stadium from the football club with Stapleton and Wrathall joining as Directors in September 2010 but both stepped down at the end of last year leaving Todd as the only Director.

Home Park Venue Services Limited was the last addition to the Argyle stable of companies under the old regime. Formed in August 2010, it would have been the operating company for Home Park stadium; to oversee and organise various events other than football.
HPVSL was formed by Todd who was then joined by Stapleton and Wrathall in September 2010; however both directors resigned at the end of last year.
