Loan Window Set To Open

Will Argyle manager Carl Fletcher sign another player when the emergency loan window opens tomorrow?

The Football League emergency loan window swings open on Saturday 8th September until the 25th of November allowing clubs from the Championship to the Conference to wheel and deal in the loan market.

Will Fletch add another player to his squad for the game against Torquay United tomorrow? Players have to be registered by noon so we'll find out before kick-off if there's a new Pilgrim amongst us.

With concerns regarding the fitness of striker Rhys Griffiths and the form and fitness of Nick Chadwick a big striker would appear to be a priority for Fletch, although many fans would like to see a creative midfielder added to the ranks.

The loan window also allows Fletch the chance to send out the fringe players to other clubs, especially several of the youngsters who need some first-team experience.

With finances still understandably restricted at Home Park signing loan players' was always going to be the best option to boost the Argyle squad.
