Madjo Praises Fletch

Argyle manager Carl Fletcher has been given a glowing reference from new loan signing Guy Madjo.

The 28-year old striker was borrowed for a month from Aldershot Town last Saturday and went straight into the squad for the game against Torquay United; playing the last 25 minutes.

Since then Madjo has been involved in several training sessions under Fletcher and has been impressed.
Speaking to the BBC, he said: 'I can't believe how fantastic the manager is, I'm learning a lot from him.
'No disrespect to the other managers I've played under, but I've never had someone like this.'
Madjo continued: 'He's been in the game and he knows what he's talking about. It's a good set-up here compared to so many places I've been to.'

High praise indeed.

It's understandable for players who are looking to play in the team or angling for a permanent transfer to speak highly of a club or manager but Madjo's comments do appear very genuine and respectful to Fletcher and PAFC.
