Green Army On The March

Plymouth Argyle fans have been on the march again this season.

The Green Army have travelled the length and breadth of the country to support their team with an average of 684 at each away league game up to and including the game at Bristol Rovers on New Year's Day, the fourth highest away support in League Two.

Last season an average of 749 Argyle fans travelled to watch the Greens at each game, the third highest in League Two.

To highlight Argyle's superb support this season the team has been urged on by over 1,000 fans at three of the 14 away games, an excellent achievement.
When you take into consideration the long distances that Argyle fans have to travel it's incredible that so many attend the away games.

Bradford hold the top spot in League Two for most away fans at each game with an average of 791 while Rotherham are in second place with 735; table-toppers Port Vale are in third position with an average of 692 fans at their away games.
