If you thought last season's escape act for Plymouth Argyle was something out of Houdini's repertoire, be prepared for another walk of the tightrope.
But, this time, it looks as if it's going to be even more difficult with the other teams around us all picking up points here and there. Argyle have now finally hit the Mindanao Trench of league football and are in 92nd place with only 13 games left.
The 'R' word is now towering over us like the Mountain of Doom. Except, we're not going to Mordor next season but looking at potential visits to such delightful places as Woking, Dartford and Tamworth.
Subscriptions to 'Non League weekly' are already being countenanced by fans and the question 'can we win the FA Trophy next season?' (probably not) is being asked by many a supporter.
I've given up trying to find the answers to be honest - although Argyle's defence is tighter now, we just can't score goals and that's a sad indictment for a great club.
The finger can't be pointed at any one person, rather our problems are more complex and much to do with Plymouth's decline economically and the ongoing effects of administration.
Unfortunately, five loan players up front are going to take time to gel and there's no sign of that happening yet.
It will be down to the skills of John Sheridan to ensure that they do start playing as a unit.
It's our home form that's ultimately to blame so maybe that shows that the players are overly nervous in front of their own supporters. Why?
I have my theories but it's really for the management team to address this.
Are we going to be the biggest club ever to play in the BSP? Sadly, that seems a real prospect, unless John Sheridan and the players can turn it around.
The next two matches, Wimbledon and Barnet, are obviously crucial to our survival so let's hope we can emerge with the points.
If we don't, I fear we are going to be in touch with International Rescue by next Sunday.
