PASB Issue Rallying Call

The Plymouth Argyle Supporters' Board have issued a rallying call ahead of Saturday's crucial League Two relegation battle against Barnet at Home Park.

The group is the initiative of Argyle owner James Brent with the aim of giving fans a chance to have a say in the running of the club and to keep a watchful eye on the financial position at Home Park.

The PASB was formed late last year and consists of six independent fans and six from the various supporters groups; all were elected and chosen by the fans to give the fans a voice in the boardroom.

The positive statement from the PASB urges all Argyle fans to take advantage of the ticket offers issued by the club and get to Home Park this Saturday to support manager John Sheridan and his team.

The PASB statement:

Show your support this Saturday.

The PASB is encouraging all Argyle supporters to show their support for the club and the team this Saturday, as we take on Barnet in a vital relegation match.
The club is offering special ticket prices, which will help give every incentive for fans to attend.

The Plymouth Argyle Supporters' Board was constituted to act as a 'critical friend' of Plymouth Argyle.
The 'critical' part will be progressed at our joint meeting with the PAFC Board this coming Saturday morning.
The 'friend' part is this. We lie 92nd out of 92 League teams. We have been here before. Many other teams have also recently been bottom, but have climbed up. We can stay up. But we need EVERYONE at the club, especially those fans who are justifiably disgruntled, to really help the team right now.

Let's see that support at Home Park on Saturday.

Well said the PASB and much more united and positive than the ***** stirring statement from the Fans Trust. We need to stand together to fight relegation and then have a post mortem on the season.

Thanks PD, we all should be behind the team, whichever one is put out and have the post mortem at the end of the season. In the meantime the PASB are meeting with the Board on Saturday to raise the questions the fans are asking.
