The bookmakers have cast their eye over Argyle for the new season.

The Greens are ranked at 33/1 to win the League Two title with Portsmouth placed as favourites to win the championship at 4/1.

Exeter City are expected to be the top club in Devon according to the bookies with odds of 13/8 followed by Argyle at 7/4 and Torquay United ranked 15/8.

Southend are favourites to win the first game of the new season against Argyle at Roots Hall.
The Shrimpers are 5/4 for the win, the draw is 5/2 and Argyle are placed at 11/4 to win the game.

In the cup games Birmingham City are easy favourites to win the Capital One Cup first round game with odds of 4/6, the draw at 90 minutes is 10/3 and an Argyle win is at 11/2.
John Sheridan's team are rank outsiders to win the cup at 1000/1 with some bookies offering 4000/1.

Wolves are favourites to win the Johnstone's Paint Trophy at 10/1, Argyle are priced at 80/1 and Morecambe bring up the rear at 150/1.
