Good Luck, Thanks & Goodbye!

Good Luck, Thanks & Goodbye!

The promotion winning Plymouth Argyle squad has been broken up.

Manager Derek Adams prepares for life in League One by today announcing his retained list and a host of players will no longer be wearing the Green shirt of Argyle, while several fan favourites will be with us for another season.

The players staying with Argyle are: Nathan Blissett, Jake Jervis, Luke McCormick, Antoni Sarcevic, Ryan Taylor, Oscar Threlkeld, Sonny Bradley, David Fox, Gary Miller, Jakub Sokolik and Yann Songo'o.
New contracts have been offered to Gary Sawyer, Graham Carey and Marc McCallum.

Sadly the following players have been released: Ryan Brunt, Nauris Bulvitis, Jack Calver, Ryan Donaldson, Vincent Dorel, David Ijaha, Ryan Lane, Billy Palfrey, Louis Rooney, Jordan Slew, Connor Smith, Jimmy Spencer and Ben Steer.

Apprentices Jordan Bentley, Alex Fletcher and Callum Rose have been offered professional contracts.

The players that are staying form a excellent nucleus of a squad that Adams will be adding to over the summer.

It's such a shame when a promotion winning squad is broken up so it's a huge thank you to the players that are leaving and for achieving promotion with us.

Good luck and goodbye!
